“I wish you to be healed of what you don’t tell anyone, of those pains you bear in silence, of the tears that stream down your face before you fall asleep and of all the insults you swallow. I wish you to be healed of your fears, torments and insecurities – those that life sends you day after day to make you look towards the Light. I wish for you to heal from those traumas, wounds, memories and disappointments that you have silenced, that you have never shared, but that you still feel deep within. I wish for you to heal from the past that is still in you through the emotional scars you carry without complaining. I wish for you to heal from the lies you were once told, the excuses you received then, the recognition you expected but didn’t get, the approval that didn’t come, the gratitude that wasn’t given, the truth that wasn’t offered, all the unfair times you deserved to get the best and it didn’t come to you. I wish for you to heal from those hurts you have swallowed, cried, silenced, masked, buried. I wish for you to heal from the times you said you were “okay” but really weren’t. The moments when you swallowed the crying, the anger, the sadness, the suffering, the betrayal, the disappointment and smiled so the world couldn’t see your pain so your smile could warm someone’s heart. I wish you to heal from the times you felt alone and thought you were abandoned by everyone – even God. I wish for you to believe that God knows your worries and watches you patiently as Life heals you. But healing is a process. Healing can be slow, long, quiet, painful, sometimes difficult and impossible to handle alone. But it happens! I wish for you that as many inflict wounds on you that you bear in silence, so others may help you invisibly to heal them. I wish for you to heal yourself: all that you fear, all that you manifest, and all that you silence. I wish you everything you need!”
